How quickly will I hear back from you?
Our charter team is available seven days a week from 07:00 to 23:00 and typically replies to requests within the hour. Once your flight is booked, we monitor it around the clock.
For urgent departures, call us directly and we will start working on your flight straight away.
Is a request binding or does it cost anything?
No. Sending a request is free of charge and completely non-binding. You will receive a tailored quote and only commit once you confirm a booking.
Where is AlbaJet based?
AlbaJet Charter GmbH is based in Velden am Wörthersee, Austria. AlbaJet has been arranging private flights since 2019.
We are registered at the Regional Court of Klagenfurt under FN 512330 b and are a member of the Austrian Economic Chamber (WKO).
Does AlbaJet own its aircraft?
No. We are an independent booking agency, so we are not tied to one fleet and can choose the right aircraft for each trip from more than 5,000 vetted aircraft.
Your flight is operated by a licensed air operator, and one team looks after you from the first quote until landing.
How do you check the aircraft and operators?
On every enquiry we check the operator's insurance, air operator certificate (AOC) and audit status, so we only offer aircraft that meet our standards.
What information should I include in my message?
Your departure and arrival airports or cities, preferred dates and times, and the number of passengers are the most helpful details.
Let us know about pets, extra luggage, catering wishes or any other special requirements so we can suggest the right aircraft.
How far in advance do I need to book a private jet?
Most flights can be arranged within a few hours, although booking a day or more ahead gives you a wider choice of aircraft and better pricing.
Can you arrange multi-leg or international itineraries?
Yes. We plan single flights, round trips and complex multi-stop journeys across Europe and worldwide, including permits, handling and ground transport.
Can I travel with my pet?
In most cases, yes. Pets are welcome in the cabin on the majority of aircraft. Tell us about your pet when you send your request and we will select a suitable aircraft.
Do you offer empty leg flights?
We do. Empty legs are repositioning flights offered at significantly reduced prices. Browse the current offers on our empty legs page or ask us to look out for one on your route.
How do I pay for a charter flight?
We accept bank transfer, major credit cards and Bitcoin. Payment details are shared together with the booking confirmation.
